Shipping Timeframe
In stock product delievered within Winnipeg city limits between 2-5 business days. All custom orders take approximately 4 - 20 weeks depending on the brand. Lead-times are noted for each brand at checkout. If you have any questions please contact us directly.
Standard Shipping outside of Manitoba and Within Canada
We offer shipping to your door on most areas within Canada for many of our products. Depending on the supplier and your location, your order will ship via Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex, UPS or other 3rd party carriers. For large items, your products will often be delivered by a local delivery carrier in your area. If your order includes multiple products from multiple manufacturers, you may receive separate shipments.
Please note that standard delivery is to your door step only. This means that the delivery driver does not bring the item into your home or assemble it. If you live in a building it would be brought into the lobby only.
White glove delivery available by request within Winnipeg city limits only
We deliver product(s) to the room of choice in your home. We assemble and set up the products and remove all the packaging materials. Our service does not include removing existing furniture, mounting art/mirrors, or connecting any electrical items. Upon pickup or delivery, you will be required to sign for your items and confirm they are in proper condition. Once the delivery is compete no claims or defects will be accepted.
Back Orders
We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail, email or phone.
Damages
Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.
Please fully inspect your purchase at the time of delivery and note any damage or defect to our customer experience team within 48 hours of receipt, so that we may file a claim and include in your delivery documents. All claims and photos can be sent to info@interiorillusions.ca

We also offer free pickups from our Warehouse. Please email or call us to arrange your pickup.
In store returns
We Understand that selecting the perfect piece for your home is a thoughtful process. If an in-stock items isn’t quite right, we’re pleased to offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please note that custom orders and sale items are final sale.
All sale and custom ordered items are a final sale.
Interior Illusions reserves the right to adjust prices on website or in the showroom without prior notice.
Online Returns
We’d like to share that most of the pieces featured on our website are not stocked in our warehouse. Instead, they are specially ordered from our trusted suppliers just for you. As a result, returned items incur additional costs, including shipping, duties, and vendor return fees.
To help offset these costs, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items—. Looking to avoid the restocking fee? You can! Choose store credit for the full value of your purchase or exchange your item for something new.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping to our showroom. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less the cost of shipping and handling. These charges are non-refundable unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
COM or custom orders to do apply to this. They are a final sale at the time of purchase. Items considered Custom will be outlined in the details at time of purchase.
Items ineligible to returns
- Products that have been delivered more than 30 days ago
- Products that have damaged packaging
- Products that don’t have all of the original packaging (styrofoam, parts, instructions, etc.)
- Customized, personalized, or special-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
